Management of Void Properties
We understand that empty properties are draining on finances and that a void property needs to be turned around quickly and costeffectively.
Our innovative ‘keysafe’ system, where keys can be left securely at a property, means that properties can be worked on as soon as the tenant moves out. Because there is no time-consuming handover of keys with the tenant, when one of our engineers becomes available, he can pick up the keys from the safe and begin work on the property straightaway.
To make things even easier, we provide you with a comprehensive handover pack when we have finished working on a property. This includes actual certificates of all required safety checks as well as the property keys, so you can spend less time on admin and more time on renting your property.
Whether it’s a complete redecoration or a simple clean up, our multi-skilled workforce can soon have a property ready for re-let.
