An Exor-accredited company has to meet strict criteria to confirm that it is financially stable, compliant with legislation relevant to the work carried out by the business, and reliable, with a trading history checked by the sourcing of independent references.
CHAS CHAS
The Contractor Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) provides information about the health and safety part of a contractor's application. Companies apply to join the scheme so any recruiting public and private organisations know they meet acceptable standards of health and safety compliance.
Constructionline Constructionline
Constructionline is an official government service managed by Capita under a public private partnership and is the UK's largest register for pre-qualified contractors and consultants. Organisations can use the register to source pre-qualified local and national suppliers in the construction sector.
NICEIC Approved Contractor NICEIC Approved Contractor
The NICEIC Approved Contractor scheme was set up to ensure quality in the installation and maintenance of electrics. Companies that are NICEIC approved have been assessed against a specific set of competency requirements and can be found on the register of electrical contractors
SAFE contractor scheme SAFE contractor scheme
This accreditation scheme assesses the health and safety competency of contractors to ensure they meet the requirements needed when working on different sites. Increasingly, large organisations use the scheme as a way of selecting contractors whom they know are fully health and safety compliant.
H+G (Hereford + Gloucester) Construction Safety Association H+G (Hereford + Gloucester) Construction Safety Association
